Getting to Waipoua Forest
Waipoua Forest is located on the west coast of the Northland Region of New Zealand's North Island. Waipoua is home to the two largest known kauri trees in the world. This includes Tāne Mahuta and Te Matua Ngahere.
The Waipoua Forest is one hour drive north of Dargaville, and a twenty-minute drive south of the Hokianga Harbour.
