Qualifications & experience
Qualifications and/or proven experience in business, management, and/or related fields
Proficiency in te reo Māori is advantageous
Full NZ Drivers Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage a small team of staff within Te Roroa Social Development
Ensure all projects are efficiently and effectively delivered
Support and facilitate coordination across various projects
Establish and maintain the integrity of data and knowledge depository processes and systems
Report on the progress of funding, procurement, project delivery, contract management, stakeholder interface, policy and Director briefings
Lead and facilitate change management, including sourcing new funding streams and initiatives.
