Qualifications & experience

  • Qualifications and/or proven experience in business, management, and/or related fields

  • Proficiency in te reo Māori is advantageous

  • Full NZ Drivers Licence

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of staff within Te Roroa Social Development

  • Ensure all projects are efficiently and effectively delivered

  • Support and facilitate coordination across various projects

  • Establish and maintain the integrity of data and knowledge depository processes and systems

  • Report on the progress of funding, procurement, project delivery, contract management, stakeholder interface, policy and Director briefings

  • Lead and facilitate change management, including sourcing new funding streams and initiatives.
