Te Roroa Whatu Ora Trust
The Purposes for which the Whatu Ora Trust is established are to receive, manage and administer the Trust Fund for the commercial and social development of Te Roroa, on behalf of and for the benefit of the present and future Members of Te Roroa.
Te Roroa Commercial Development Ltd
The (company) board shall undertake all the commercial activities of the Te Roroa Development Group, either by itself or through any subsidiary, trust or other entity established for that purpose, on behalf of and solely for the benefit of the Te Roroa Whatu Ora Trust, and in furtherance of the Te Roroa Whatu Ora Trust's purposes.
Te Roroa Social Development Ltd
The (company) board shall conduct or otherwise undertake all community development activities of the Te Roroa Development Group, either by itself or through any subsidiary, trust or other entity established for that purpose, on behalf of and solely for the benefit of the Te Roroa Whatu Ora Trust, and in furtherance of the Te Roroa Whatu Ora Trust's purposes. For the purposes of this constitution, community development activities means any activity carried out with the principle objective being the cultural and social development of Te Roroa.
"Te Roroa Development Group" means the group comprising Te Roroa Whatu Ora Trust, Te Roroa Manawhenua Trust, Te Roroa Commercial Development Limited and Te Roroa Social Development Limited.
“Trust Assets” includes any assets received or otherwise owned or acquired from time to time by the Manawhenua Trust, including without limitation all assets received by the Manawhenua Trust pursuant to the Deed of Settlement and the Settlement Act, and any money, investments or other Property paid or given to or acquired or agreed to be acquired by the Manawhenua Trust;
“Trust Fund” means the assets of the Whatu Ora Trust and shall include all assets received or otherwise owned or acquired from time to time by the Whatu Ora Trust, including without limitation all assets transferred by the Te Roroa Manawhenua Trust to the Whatu Ora Trust, the use of any assets provided to the Whatu Ora Trust by the Te Roroa Manawhenua Trust and any money, investments or other Property paid or given to or acquired or agreed to be acquired by the Whatu Ora Trust;
